When will my order ship?

Current turnaround time is 7-12 business days, sometimes sooner. Please note that turnaround time may be slightly longer during holidays and can also depend on personalization and production schedule.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Do you provide proofs prior to shippping?

We do not send any finished engraved or cut proofs. If requested, we can send a digitial design proof. Please, e-mail us at the time of purchase at info@heivalleydesigns.com

Can you engrave my logo?

Yes! Use the contact us page or send us an e-mail at info@heivalleydesigns.com We just ask that you send your logo in black and white in either PNG or SVG formats.

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship within the United States.

Do you offer local pick-up or deliver?

We are based out of a small town in Northwest Arkansas. Please, contact us directly for local pick-up or delivery options.

CUSTOM BOARDS & JOLLY TROLLEYS

Why is the engraving on my board lighter or darker than what is shown on the website?

All of our boards are all natural wood boards. The engraving will vary depending on the specific grains in each custom board. Each board is unique and one of a kind. No two boards are exactly the same.

Do you apply any finishes to your cutting/charcuterie boards?

No, we do not apply any type of finish to the cutting boards or charcutterie boards.

Do you apply any finishes to the Jolly Trolleys?

Yes, each Jolly Trolley is sealed with a water repellant finish to ensure durability and longevity. You may wish to reseal your Jolly Trolley, as needed, to reduce liquid stain spots.

Can I customize my board with my name, logo, or personal phrase?

WOOD CUTOUT PRODUCTS

I noticed an imperfection on my finished good. Why is that?

Each wood sheet is milled from larger pieces of lumber. Occasional imperfections such as knots, slight roughness, grain patterns, or variations in color are common with natural real wood products.

Why is the engraving on my item lighter or darker than what is shown on the website?

Our wood items are made from natural woods; therefore, the engraving will vary depending on the individual wood grains in each piece of wood. Each item is unique and one of a kind. No two wood items are exactly the same!
